Mobile Health Center November Schedule Released
The OLBH Mobile Health Center schedule for the month of November has been released. The center will visit the following locations:
- Ashland Community and Technical College (Technology Drive Campus), 902 Technology Drive, Ashland – Wednesday, Nov. 3 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Community Hospice, 1538 Central Avenue, Ashland - Monday, Nov. 8 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Calvary Episcopal Church, 1337 Winchester Avenue, Ashland – Tuesday, Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Lewis County Health Department, Lyons Lane, Vanceburg – Wednesday, Nov. 10 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Valley Medical Center, Ironton Hills Plaza, Ironton, Ohio – Thursday, Nov. 11 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Bellefonte Primary & Urgent Care- Cannonsburg, 12470 U.S. Route 60, Cannonsburg – Monday, Nov. 15 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Office of Drs. Kimberly Baldock and Abbe Cassity, 1816 Carter Avenue, Ashland – Wednesday, Nov. 17 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Stultz Pharmacy, Applegate Shopping Center, Greenup – Thursday, Nov. 18, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Office of Dr. Frank Lyons, 775 Tom T. Hall Boulevard, Olive Hill – Monday, Nov. 22 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
