Firm Fitness Class Schedule for November
Firm Fitness at Bellefonte Pavilion (located on the ground floor of Bellefonte Pavilion, 2000 Ashland Drive) has a variety of aerobic and fitness classes scheduled for November. Offerings include:
- Pilates – Every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.
- Circuit Training - Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. and Fridays at 9:30 a.m.
- Kickboxing – Mondays at 5 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. and Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
- Zumba – Sundays at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., Mondays at 6 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
- Middle Management, Abs – Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. and Wednesdays at 5 p.m.
- Toning – Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
Firm Fitness is open Monday through Thursdays from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Fridays from 5:30 a.m. until 7 p.m., Saturdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. For more information concerning Firm Fitness or class offerings, contact Firm Fitness at (606) 324-0339.
